A proven and unique Biotechnology for the Oil Industry and Oil Recycling is ready for Commercialization.
After 8 years of R&D and 10,000 tests with different materials, we’re excited to present a novel and very promising biotechnology that will change the processing, recycling, and circular economy of heavy and waste hydrocarbons such as petroleum residues, bitumen, pitch, sludge, and the like.
Who are we and what this new biotech is about
We are a group of experienced engineers, scientists, and consultants with backgrounds in energy, oil & gas, sustainability, and various process industries including engineering design, research, EPC project implementation (green- and brownfield), operation, and service.
Our patented/patent-pending technology for the treatment of heavy and waste hydrocarbons was the most thrilling single topic we have ever worked on because of its nature and potential.
Our commercial focus is on two main areas:
Recycling / Circular Economy of waste hydrocarbons from:
- Contaminated soil and sand (e.g., Kuwait and Iraq)
- Oil tanker and storage tank sludge removal
- Clean-up and elimination of waste oil pits (e.g., most GCC countries)
Process support Up, Mid, and Downstream:
As we face the deterioration of petroleum qualities (increasing heavy and sour qualities) that lead to increased cost upstream as well as significant higher energy consumption and lower productivity mid- and downstream in refineries.
We promise:
- Upstream mobilization of petroleum in reservoir (by viscosity reduction),
- Upstream H2S elimination downhole and at surface,
- Midstream enhanced oil recovery (by viscosity reduction),
- Downstream energy savings > 30%, as well as productivity improvements.
Our technology is patented or patent/pending in most relevant countries (status as of winter 2024/25).
In addition to our ongoing projects, we are looking for strategic and financial partners.
